Suits of armor are awesome, but wearing them isn’t terribly practical. Now, thanks to graphic designer Elena Hutchinson of Lorica Clothing, we can wear comfy leggings that feature historically accurate patterns based on real medieval armor. They won’t do you any good in battle, but they do look fabulous.
“”Lorica” is Latin for body armor; in Christian monastic tradition, a lorica is a prayer of protection. It’s also an armor-inspired line of clothing designed to slay, wherever you take the fight.”
The Lorica Clothing Kickstarter campaign (successfully funded many times over) has less than a week remaining, but that’s still time enough to nab one or all three of these awesome styles, which are available in a wide range of sizes and lengths. Click here for more info.
