We’ve known forever about fast food’s secret menus — the foodstuffs employees cobble together for customers in the know. But Starbucks is taking the secret menu to a whole new level. Or maybe down to a whole new level. Like, dogs are shorter than people, so they’d have to bring it down. Whatever, you get it. The point is, Starbucks has a secret menu for cute dogs and oh my god it’s so cute I just want to die!!

Called the “puppucino”, Starbucks is offering a cup full of whipped cream to let dog owners bring their furry friends in on the joy of indulging in a tasty beverage among screenwriters and anxious applicants on low-rent job interviews.
“Well, I showed up for an interview at a Starbucks, and I guess I’m fixing it right now by being honest about the fact that it makes me feel ashamed.”

But the puppucino isn’t just about giving dogs a sweet treat; it’s about getting them forever homes. The Washington-based Kitsap Humane Society began bringing one shelter dog a week to a local Starbucks, taking pictures of them gettin’ all cute eating whipped cream, and then hanging those photos on the coffeehouse’s bulletin board and posting them online. So if you’re anything like me, the image of a nice sweet doggy boy getting whipped cream all over his snout made you misty, and then the idea of it leading to said puppy boy finding a loving family just made you break down in tears.
