Hey! I know when I’m grieving or I’m around people who are grieving, the number one thing on my mind is catching Pokemon. Okay, it’s actually on most people’s minds most of the time. It’s not our faults Pokemon are in inappropriate places!
I mean, I guess it’s kind of wrong, but people do weird things when they are sad, who are we to judge!? It’s not as bad as doing it at say, the Holocaust Museum. That is just WRONG. No matter HOW rare the Pokemon is.
And you know what? People agree! They are catching Pokemon at cemeteries, churches and yes, funerals.
So many in fact, that there’s now a Tumblr devoted just to that. Pokemon at Funerals: Catch ‘Em Before They’re Gone, has started collecting people who freely admit to catching Pokemon in the most morbid places. Created by Jason Feifer, the man who brought us the sublime Selfies at Funerals, this is definitely a Tumblr to follow. Here’s a look at some of our favorites!
Which is worse, a Pokemon being at a funeral home mid-wake, or me knowing that he’s there? pic.twitter.com/vLE5oKa3Vd
