Salt Lake City resident and professional woodworker Ammon Smith likes to go big with his Halloween decorations, both to entertain his neighbors and to advertise for his home design company, Designs On 9th. This year he used strips of wood, chicken wire, fabric, and trash bags to build a model of the top of the Empire State Building in front of his house with King Kong perched atop it, airplanes buzzing him and Fay Wray clutched in his hand. He’s our Monday reminder that whatever you do, do it awesomely:
