Since Pokémon Go hit our phones, this is what we’ve seen:
Folks walkin’ around, faces locked to their screens, ignoring the world around them. And hey, I’m not judging here — if you put your phone away to order a coffee and miss a rare Articuno, you’d never forgive yourself. But imagine a world where you could both order coffee and collect Pokémon. WHAT A WORLD THAT WOULD BE. And it’s about to be a reality, because Niantec and The Pokémon Company are putting out the Pokémon Go Plus, a Bluetooth device that can attach to a wristband and catch Pokémon while you’re out in the world.

This device, this perfect device, is set to launch in most countries September 16th — which is just over a week away — and will completely change everything we know about walking. From this point on, we’ll never know whether or not someone taking a walk is catching Pokémon.
