Japanese cookie artist Chihiro Ogura made these exquisite cookie versions of chickens from 300-year-old paintings by Ito Jakuchu. The Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum is currently hosting a special Ito Jakuchu exhibition celebrating the painter’s tricentennial, which has proven so popular that people are waiting in line for as long as 4 hours in order to get in.

But folks who aren’t inclined to wait in line can experience the beauty of Jakuchu’s art in cookie form by instead going to ANTOLPO, Ogura’s custom cookie shop, also located in Tokyo.

Follow ANTOLPO on Instagram to check out more of Chihiro Ogura’s amazing iced cookies.
