If only more of our food came in Rubik’s Cube form. These awesome cubic cakes are the work of French pastry chef Cédric Grolet, head pâtissier at the Le Dalí restaurant in hotel Le Meurice, France.

If you happen to be in Paris, Grolet’s Rubik’s Cakes are available to order three days in advance or for tasting on site at Le Dalí.

However, if you’re nowhere near Paris, you can join the rest of us in simply salivating over all the gorgeous dessert photos on Cédric Grolet’s Instagram account.
