Moral of the story: Always be up to date on your memes when you’re on a messaging app, especially when said meme specifically pertains to you. Who knows how things could have ended for these too had he been a TRUE 2017 Student Athlete?! (I mean she probably would have gotten bored after a few more messages and ghosted him, BUT STILL.)
