Harbin Beer is the latest company to appeal to our emotions with a short documentary-style ad that was shot across five locations in 30 days.
Created by ad agency BBH Shanghai, the video tells a story of how communities living on China’s borders in Russia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Mongolia and Kazakhstan had little to no interaction with one another despite being neighbours.
To get them to bond and break down those invisible borders, Harbin Beer introduced a series of sports, from basketball to canoeing, and witnessed how groups of people came together to compete in friendly matches. Read more…
