Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few days, you will have seen the hilarious video featuring BBC correspondent Robert E Kelly getting interrupted by his children during a live Skype interview about the political climate in South Korea.
Kelly’s eldest daughter, Marion, marched into the room with the sassiest dance the internet had ever seen, closely followed by her younger brother. Kelly’s wife then attempted to resolve the situation by dragging the children out of the room, which only made things more hilarious.
The video has since been viewed by tens of millions of people worldwide, making it one of the biggest viral hits of 2017. As you’d expect, then, there have also been various parody videos making their way around the internet. Mocking everything to the public’s assumption that Kelly’s wife was the nanny to Kelly’s very male handling of the situation, these videos poke fun and ask serious questions in the same breath.
